I love the straightforward simplicity of the action in this. Action directors should take note of the use of cgi without multiple fast edits and camera angles to increase the ‘reality’.

“Grizzly Bear just released a new video for “Ready, Able” off of Veckatimest that is directed by Allison Schulnik - creator of the short film “Hobo Clown.” It’s a nonsensical / weird claymation journey through the forest but quite enjoyable in its oddness.

Outstanding! That’s a hell of a lot of paint.
Bent Image and Nando Costa did the video for the latest Modest Mouse track “Whale Song” (taken from No One’s First, And You’re Next). It’s a pretty epic video and an atypical song to release a video for; particularly given the bands recent success with more pop leaning gems. It’s well worth a watch and I suggest you do so now.

Deep in the forest lived Billy and his charming companions. They peacefully honed their bodies and listened to music there. But a wave of development came upon the forests. One who would turn all to road. Kagamine Rin had come. Billy must stop the construction before all is turned to road.
